We are pleased to introduce you to our Customer Service staff. As a department, these friendly ladies are responsible for most of the interaction with you, our valuable customers. This includes handling (entering, releasing, etc) in excess of 40,000 bills of lading per year, clearing and invoicing 1800 plus private and commercial vessels that visit Cayman every year, collection of annual licensing fees on behalf of the Cayman Islands Government for over 750 local boats and payment of over 4400 invoices to the more than 1100 local and overseas companies. Our friendly staff is always available to help with all your needs quickly and efficiently whether you call or visit our offices.
