Notice of Wrecks

The Port Director, as Receiver of Wrecks, hereby gives notice of the following wrecks:

1. On the 31.7.15 a 26 ft. fiberglass Contender vessel hull number #JDJ27153J899, light Grey on top/black on bottom with twin 225hp twin Yamaha saltwater series outboard engines, was found overturned and drifting off of East End, Cayman Islands and towed to shore.
2. On the 6.10.15 a 20ft boat with a red bottom and white on the sides was found overturned and drifting about one mile off NW Point, Cayman Islands and towed to shore.

The owners of these vessels may claim their vessel by the 6th October 2016 by making a claim to the Receiver of Wrecks producing proof of ownership, such as a bill of sale etc. This may be sent to:

Failing the above, the Receiver of Wrecks will exercise his powers in relation to the disposition of the vessels.
