Cayman delegation attends FCCA Cruise Conference in Merida, Mexico.

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, 25 Oct. 2017 – Senior government officials and tourism industry partners are currently attending the 24th annual Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Conference in Merida, Mexico. The delegation is showcasing attractions, culture and activities with a focus on the importance of cruise tourism and delivering the message that the Cayman Islands is open for business. The four-day conference is designed to foster a better understanding of the inner workings of the cruise industry and help attendees improve their cruise tourism business.

The delegation consists of government representatives from: The Ministry and Department of Tourism; the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands; the Cayman Turtle Centre and the Tourism Attractions Board alongside private sector partners: Cayman Crystal Caves, DECCO Ltd. and The Tour Company.
