The Port Authority of the Cayman Islands would like to remind all customers that storage charges will be applied if cargo is not collected in a timely manner.
Customers are advised to collect their cargo within 5 business days of the cargo’s arrival on the island. Please note that public holidays and weekends are exempt from this 5-day period.
If cargo is not collected within this 5-business day window, storage charges will begin to accrue. As these fees can accumulate rapidly, we strongly encourage all customers to make the necessary arrangements to retrieve their cargo as soon as cargo is unloaded and available for collection.
